More on Allergies

Are you confusing a STRESS Response with being an allergy?
When your nose stuffs up and causes pressure under your eyes because school is starting back up or you are trying to get your children ready for their next sports event the pressure can build up in the sinus cavities and that is a stress response.  That chronic history of sinus infections can be reduced or eliminated by supporting and pampering your adrenal glands.
Why does it always seem to happen at season change?
It’s that “one more thing” throwing it over the edge of response.  Your eating foods that create more histamine reaction, stressing out over changes in your schedule and getting things done by a certain date and then add what environmental changes take place at the time of year.  Viola!  You have the perfect sinus storm!  Calming down the physical side of stress is “one” piece of the pie….use L-theanine or Rhodiola or even Total Calm.   If you want to know which is best for you –  get muscle tested.  It may keep you from losing work days and/or your children from missing school.   Everyone is more tolerable when they are not stuffed up, foggy headed or suffering with headaches and plugged ears.
