April 12, 2015.
We are already in April and I’ve seen signs of Spring! Not many, but a few tips of Hostas trying to sprout out of the ground and some trees desperately trying to bud. I’ll take that as a great sign that not much cold weather is left to despair our days. Evidence of spring also comes when I hear those thick bronchial coughs where people think that they have a cold, flu or virus. Surprisingly, these symptoms are actually more allergy & sinus, but left unchecked, it will blossom into Bronchitis, Pneumonia and Asthma type problems. Even if you think you don’t have allergies, try the antidotes anyway. You just might get the relief you are looking for. Unfortunately, antibiotics are over prescribed during this time of year, when it could be easily prevented or cleared up with allergy relief. The antibiotics only help if you have a bacterial infection, which is why many of you are disappointed after using 2 or 3 prescriptions and still feel horrible. As always, give me a call if you need help.
Not sure if you have heard, but we suffered major water damage from the winter thaw. Luckily, our reconstruction begins next week and we will be back to beautiful in no time! I am keeping my fingers crossed & please do the same that all goes smoothly. I know many of you miss your LED Collagen Extravaganza’s and Footbaths. Hey, maybe a special will be in the works when they finish!
This April, I want you to pay attention to your “inner circle”. That center inside you where self-awareness is present. The part that knows if you are on the right track to doing what is beneficial for yourself, specifically for your health, welfare and physical well-being. Most of us put our family members or our careers first and forget or put our personal health on the back burner. Taking care of others is commendable BUT you would accomplish so much more for all if you take better care of yourself (This is proven). A perfect example is on the airplane where you are told to first secure your mask before helping those traveling with you.
Get yourself back on track with a MRT session or start trying the new “TBR” Total Body Repair. It is amazing to hear the stories of how TBR has helped people who have not found relief from traditional medicine. Check out their stories on our new TBR website, www.protbr.com.
I am still ache and pain free from my arthritis and shoulder surgery. I don’t even have my normal bunion ache. My blood pressure stays in a normal range and I can work longer hours like I used to. I am enamored with all the good things this is doing for so many of you. Every time I research more uses and see that it has been used for over 2000 years successfully, I love it even more. Have those you love and are suffering with any type of pain, give it a try. What do they have to lose???
