August Health Notes from Marge
Happy August! It is so green and lush everywhere. Normally August starts to heat up and dry the grasses, but this year the scenery is beautiful. Lack of rain is definitely not our problem. I have even received flash flood warning notifications on my phone with the locations to avoid. You’re going to laugh, but it made me think of relationships in the sense that there should be a warning system that we pay attention to with all of our personal interactions. A signal that advises you to the type of mood others are in and to “approach with caution”. Maybe we would respond differently to anxiety or stress levels if we had a loud warning signal. Below is an article on just that, nutrition deficiencies and relationships. I have seen numerous individuals improve all aspects of their lives when they “Feel Great & Look Great”. Read my article and let me know what you think.
I want to invite you to the Webster Village Days. On August 15th from 6pm-10pm come for food and street dancing with a DJ; fun for the whole family! On Saturday the 16th the street is closed on West Main Street starting at 7am for vendors to set up. This year there will be artists, creative crafts as well as the businesses, like us, on Main Street. Live music and entertainment will be on stage all day. The vendors close at 4pm and then night life begins. The Everheart band will begin playing at 3:45pm, followed by the State Line at 5:45pm and Brass Taxi from 7pm until 10pm. It should be a great time and we would love to have you stop by and join us!
As you have seen from posting on Facebook, I am working in partnership with Lori’s Natural Foods. I am enjoying this opportunity and find everyone there helpful and excited for our relationship. If you stop in to buy something from them, put yourself in the system and please identify that you are one of my clients. The information is compiled by management to help demonstrate the positive influence of the partnership on each of our businesses.
The Webster office is covered from 11am to 4pm by Alicia or Mary. You can still make appointments on those days for an Ionic Foot Bath, Spa Bed Treatment or even our Turbo-1000 Weight Loss Program. Appointments for all of our services are available from 9am to 5pm Mon-Sat., except for the days that I am at Lori’s (which is different each week depending on my home office schedule).
Many of you will be getting in that last minute travel before the start of school or work. The month of August is a great month for MRT as it helps allergy suffers prep for the next big change, which is “ragweed.” If you’re not sure how to optimally handle the season change, call for your appointment, so we can adjust your supplements to match your responses. The sneezing, watery eyes, itchy inner ears, wheezing and breathing issues can be contained with the right choices. So, whether you need L-Histidine, SP33, L-Cysteine, eye drops or one of the many other choices, we want the right one for you. Don’t wait until it stresses out your body and makes you susceptible to the latest school germs and viruses or terrible September Sinus Infections. We do not want you to miss work or school, because of something that could have been prevented.
Would any of you be interested in a monthly support group online for weight-loss? We will discuss issues such as stalling, recipe ideas, hunger or any issue pertaining to losing your weight. If so, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update those interested.
Enjoy the last full month of summer!
