Review
I know some of you have been asking for book titles and information that will update you and inform you of what Anti-Aging entails and definitions of some of the areas we are concerned with for your health. I would like to give you a list of books and articles that you can go to for further information on some of the subjects we approach at our practice.
The Kindle is the most awesome reader. I have used it and have downloaded books from everywhere I go. It even gives me word games and such to play for free when I am between flights. I even download books on the beach at St. Maartin Island. I highly recommend it for traveling…magazines and books are very heavy to carry especially since carry-on has begun. I read loads of health books and I will share some of them with you. I found the "Honest Medicine" to be very enlightening for alternate ways to improve auto-immune disorders. The best part is, we offer many of the suggestions they use. Maybe their writing will help you to take that step to utilize or trust more of what we offer. Check it out below.
As I said the Kindle is my favorite traveling companion. Since luggage has a high ticket price to travel and most of us now use carry-on bags, the Kindle is quite lightweight, takes up very little space and can be used anywhere I go. I love it!
This is a book Dr. Kirdani recommends for a very good explanation of what "Adrenal Fatigue" is and how it feels to have it
No Bio-Identical Hormone Information should eliminate Suzanne Somers. She has really been an advocate for mid-life promotion to utilize hormones that the body understands. Very easy to read and understand.
It's informative and information is gold in this day and age! The more we know the more comfortable we are taking control of our health.
Of course, you knew I would include this book. I live the small grocery list book that we have at the office but, if you prefer the whole thing…be my guest, it is a great price.
A very enlightening book with chapters that are written by patients, doctors, nurses and interested success stories of how simple things like LDN (low dose naltrexone) can work for many different chronic ailments.
Thierry Hertoghe, MD is great at Hormone Help. He is the author of "The Hormone Handbook" which is the "Bible" of Bio-Identical Hormones..
