Children’s Health is always in the spotlight during the school months.  How do you keep your child healthy to fight off germs and bacteria?  How do you even keep yourself healthy when your child brings it all home?  

Our children are alway our priority and it affects everyone when one gets sick. How about taking a minute to learn a couple of preventative measures?  This may keep you from losing work hours, as much as it will keep that child of yours in school.

Multi-Vitamins: Preventative measure #1 is as simple as adding a multi-vitamin to your child’s diet. Even if they are simply taking chewable supplements such as Animal Parade Multi/Mineral and Animal Parade Immune Booster (which both are even gluten free), these will help the typically healthy child to stay that way by supporting all the nutrients that they burn in a day. Another choice is “IsAkids Essentials” that are also chewable.These are from very reputable companies that I trust and have been providing high quality products for years.    

Vitamin D3– A majority of people that live in North America are low in D3. Researchers have validated and highlighted the many importances of Vitamin D3 to the medical community, where physicians are now testing patients’ levels. One of the benefits of D3 is that it supports our immune systems! I suggest giving the child a minimum of 400IU’s per day. One bottle of tasteless D3 liquid can last you the whole school year when using 1 drop per day.  Additionally, If your child has a low immune system and catches everything going around – the Immune Booster is also a good choice.  

Supporting Attention: If you know anyone who is trying to improve their child’s or teen’s attention span we have a “Pediactive”, for the teen, “Teen Active” and also for the Adults, “Adult Active”. These are great all-natural supplements that work to improve concentration and focus ability. Very noticeable when used consistently.

Lower Stress: Stress wears us all down emotionally, mentally and physically. Additionally, the strain of stress drains our immunity. For stress relief and prevention, I recommend L-Theanine or Relaxasaurus chewable L-Theanine for children that works within 20 minutes.  It helps them and you deal with everyday stress and reduces those child complaints of stomach aches that have no particular reason.  L-Theanine in any of its forms makes life more agreeable.  

Fatigue: Depressed immunity levels also originate from fatigue issues and dehydration. You would want to use drops of “Hydration” from our TBR (Total Body Repair) Line of successful products in something they drink before heading out the door in the morning. This product is also great for athletics. If you or your children play sports the “Hydration” seems like a “miracle product”.  I have been watching it change fatigue and stamina levels within days of using!  It has been drastically improving the levels I see in MRT Sessions (Muscle Resistance Testing) in the first month of use. You can see it in your children’s grades, activity level and performance because they are no longer in extreme fatigue. Their body is no longer running on nerves and adrenaline.

Allergy Support: When it is allergy time as well.  We have multiple ways to deal with allergies.  If you are into a quick fix that is temporary, ask for our chewable homeopathic remedies that can be taken as needed.  Allergy/Sinus, Cold/Flu or Adrenal Support may help the sinus issues that plague so many and may ward off those nasty sinus infections.  Most of the time the body is in a physical stress reaction and calming or supporting the adrenals is a smart choice and opens the sinus passages.

Sleep: Is everyone getting enough sleep?  Turn off all the lights & electronics & technology and get great sleep.  You will feel better, less stressed, more energy and you can think better on a rested mind & body. If night time is an issue there are different amounts of Melatonin and/or L-Theanine that improve sleep.

So, have them eat healthy, get proper amounts of  sleep, have them take their vitamins and……
