I Can’t Drink That Much Water – I Bloat?

In general, increasing water intake is an extremely health thing to do.  You bloat because when you drink water out of a glass, you also drink in a lot of air.  When you hear yourself gulping that is a clue you are drinking too quickly and the sound is from the air that you are taking in.  It can make you fatigued, bloated and definitely makes you object to consuming more.  The simplest solution I know to get your required 8 to 14 glasses of water per day is to utilize a straw.  How simple, right? The straw will make you take in about 5 times less air.  You will feel less full and more able to drink a second glass right away.   Try it!!
