Do You Ever Get Headaches in Your Left Eye or Left Temple Area?

Those headaches usually come from stress.  Stress takes fuel in the form of a vitamin, mineral or amino acid.  We normally provide enough fuel to match or balance our output.  Breakfast gets us to the next fuel time of Lunch and so on.  If we do not eat enough of the right kinds of fuel (like enough protein) our bodies start to scavenge through our system and steal other forms from different areas of our bodies.  Add to that a stressful or emotional situation and you get depletion.  Feeling tired, lethargic, achey, sinus, low back, stomach and a shaky need to eat feeling of light headedness and headaches in either temple area are very common.

You may be deficient in the Mineral Zinc.  Other symptoms may be acne, a sharp stabbing pain in the lower right side, constipation and for women – good old monthly cramps.  You need to be careful when using zinc as too much can be toxic and/or if you take it on an empty stomach, it can make you nauseas.  Best to have guidance or be muscle tested if you have chronic headaches as there may be a lack of more than one mineral involved.   There is help to reduce the harmful effects of STRESS.
