Learn How Water Helps Allergies

All biological functions have one common player…Water.  Your body consists of over 70% water.  Histamines (that chemical involved in allergic reactions) are also involved with the way your body preserves water.  So, if you do not drink sufficient amounts of water every day, this chemical increases its production to help you hang on to the water you have and raises the level of allergic reactions you are experiencing.  Eight to ten glasses a day is the usual recommendation and if you are an allergy person, raise that level of water intake to 12 or more glasses of clean, filtered water.   Keep drinking water and when you think you have had enough……drink one more!
