Stress shows itself in Mental, Emotional and Physical Ways. We all experience some form of Stress. Many people I muscle test try to tell me that they have a stress free life yet need help in areas of patience, tolerance, fears, nervousness, sleep problems, digestive disorders and bathroom difficulties (if you know what I mean!). An article in an older Magazine named “Real Simple” stated that , “If you space out and forget things that STRESS is more likely to blame.” Stress triggers the release of a cascade of hormones such as cortisol, which targets cells in the areas of the brain that are critical to memory and other cognitive functions. A little pampering to those screaming adrenals helps to recover from those effects and stress subsides and memory performance starts to improve or does it? Our deficient diets, our jobs, our children, our elder parents, the bills, the carpooling, pets, laundry, shopping and whatever else we can fit into our day does not allow much relief from STRESS.
How does your body cope with Stress? After a while it doesn’t. It gives us symptoms at first and when it does not get your undivided attention, they get more extreme until they knock you down.
It really is time to take responsibility for this segment of your health before it gets out of control and you find yourself on too many meds doing nothing for you. It is a lot of wasted time and money to keep trying different medications. No one else can really do it for you and there truly is not one magic med that can help with all areas of your body effected by this complicated entity known as STRESS.
