Liver spots and antioxidants.
Age spots or liver spots appear when you have poor antioxidant nutrition. We think we are suppose to get these brown age spots because your parents or grandparents had them. Those flat brown blotches are indicators of illness, warning signals that your body puts out when something inside is going awry. They can appear throughout the inside on your brain, eyes, heart, liver and other organs to the outside where they can be seen on your hands, face and torso. The antioxidants for each person may differ just as the medical problems differ from person to person. The one common point or denominator in this whole thing is nutritional balance. Age spots are external visible signs of free – radical toxic accumulations. If balance is restored through finding the correct antioxidant, the spots may begin to fade. If you become toxic again, the spots start to come back.
Medications are a true culprit as when the help in one area, they deplete another.
