Q: What exactly is muscle testing?
A: Muscle testing is applied kinesiology which uses muscle strength and resistance as indicators of how the body is functioning. It is the method we use to determine what vitamins and supplements your body is lacking. Everyone has an electromagnetic field that extends out a few inches from their body. You can tell this because you feel a static electricity charge before you even touch the item that gives you a shock. We place a supplement in your right hand which is held at your solar plexus (above your navel) within your electromagnetic field. Then we press down on your left arm which is extended out to your side. If your arm remains rigid, this is your body telling us that this particular nutrient is making you (your electrical circuit) stronger. We then keep adding more of the same supplement until your arm goes down, causing your electrical circuit to become weak and telling us that’s enough. The more you’re holding in your hand, the more your body is in need of that particular supplement and will most likely coincide with symptoms you’re experiencing. We have approximately 150 supplements that we test one by one in the same manner.
