Are You Too Stressed To Sleep?


 

Do the conversations in your head keep you awake at night?  If the stress in your life is compounding and overloading your days, it will begin to affect your sleep schedule. Your body perceives the lack of sleep as a stressful act and starts producing the body’s stress chemicals.  Getting sufficient amounts of sleep is crucial to keep yourself from experiencing diseases or prematurely aging.  How can you tell if your body has not had enough rest?  1. Your still tired after your alarm goes off in the AM  and 2. You are sleepy in the middle of the day.
That is what I like about being able to Muscle Test people.  I get to tell them whether it is their nervous system that is fried or that the fatigue level is too high from poor nutrient intake and they suffer from Adrenal Fatigue from running on their emergency backup just to get through the day.  That is why at night they can’t seem to shut off the switch and settle down for a restful night’s sleep.  If you have a sleep issue or know someone that does, stop guessing and get yourself in here to get the best direction for your particular problems.    Give it a shot!
