The Way Wellness Keeps Away Illness is by taking the time to care for yourself. If you wait until you are ill or completely wiped out then the road to recovery is not pretty. Start paying attention to the foods that you know give you issues such as constipation, diarrhea, bloat, gas, stomach aches, headaches, fatigue, etc., etc. One way is to learn your blood type and begin trading to more beneficial food choices to help your wellness and stop contributing to your own illness. Another is to find out how to use vitamins, minerals, herbs & amino acids to properly support your body & lifestyle.
If you eat from stress, emotions or anxiety, maybe it is time to pursue directions of change. If you keep doing the things you have always done, you will continue to get the same results. Possibly Coaching would help you get started knowing what you actually need to eat, support or replace. Health & Wellness is a goal you are capable of achieving if you know the path to walk down. Many think they will just ask their doctor. Truthfully, doctors study very little about prevention, nutrition and almost nothing about vitamins.
An example: A client came in with intestinal problems and already had been through 3 surgeries to remove portions of their intestines. After each operation they were told that they could go back to eating whatever they wanted, so they did. Even after the third surgery, nothing was said about food intake. I coached food choices, supporting the proper supplements, ways to de-stress, life changes and this client has had no problems since and all inflammation has disappeared. Conclusion: what you eat, drink and how you handle life issues contributes to your illnesses.
Remember, Healthy doesn’t happen by itself! You have to become an active participant.
